1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NearWay Creations website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

NearWay Creations provides digital branding, web development, social media management, and blueprint solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed securely via PayHere.
A standard advance payment of 35% is required to initiate most digital projects.
Full payment (which may include a 10% discount) is required for certain ready-made packages.
All prices are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final designs and digital assets are transferred to the client. However, NearWay Creations retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
