Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products and Services

At NearWay Creations, we specialize in providing digital assets, branding, and web development services. Due to the digital nature of our products and the labor-intensive processes involved, our refund policies differ from physical goods.

2. Advance Payments

A non-refundable advance payment (typically 35%) is required to initiate any project. This covers initial research, strategy planning, and resource allocation. Once work has commenced, this advance payment cannot be refunded.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the advance payment, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If a project is canceled mid-way by the client, no refunds will be provided for the completed milestones, and the client is liable to pay for the work already completed up to that point.

4. Revisions and Modifications

We work closely with our clients to ensure satisfaction. Most of our packages include specific revision rounds to ensure the final digital product meets your expectations instead of offering direct refunds.

5. Refund Process

Please note that if a refund is approved based on the conditions above, the refund will be given to the payment-initiated media itself. This means the refunded amount will be credited back to the original credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction.
